All items ordered from the online shop are shipped using USPS. If you'd like your item shipped using another carrier, please contact email@example.com prior to placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate. Each piece is carefully wrapped to ensure safe arrival to its destination, using as many recyclable materials as possible.
local pick up orders
Items purchased for local pick up are available at our Hamtramck studio on Wednesdays from 4-7 pm. As your items may be made to order, you will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up. If you can ABSOLUTELY not make it to a Wednesday pick up, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make other arrangements.
returns & exchanges
We are happy to accept returns within 7 days of your item's arrival. The buyer is responsible for associated shipping costs of returning the item. Please contact email@example.com to acquire the correct address for the return. If the returned item arrives damaged, you will not be reimbursed for the return, so please package the item carefully. Otherwise, you will receive a refund in the original form of payment.
Because ceramics are fragile, there will be no refunds given if an item breaks after 7 days of your receipt of the item. Each piece is built to withstand normal uses, so treat your piece kindly.
If you feel your item is damaged in any way, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a return or exchange. Each item is handmade, so may vary slightly in size, color, texture, or shape from the photo shown on our website. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage in your email to help speed the process along.
